Jelly Dessert | Coconut MilK Jelly Without Gelatin | Coconut Milk Jelly Dessert

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp agar-agar powder

  • 60 ml condensed milk 

  • 120 ml coconut milk, at room temperature

  • 2 tbsp water

  • 6 tbsp sugar


Method:


  1. Mix agar- agar with cold water and keep that aside.
    Heat the pot & add 120 ml coconut milk.

  2. Reduce the heat immediately, add condensed milk, sugar and agar-agar.

  3. Mix well & cook for 5 mins (don't over boil), let it cool down a bit.

  4. Pour in silicone mould & refrigerate for 1 hour or until set.

  5. Decorate with some fruit.
