Godhi Sajjige | Wheat Dessert | Healthy Wheat Pudding

Ingredients:


  • ½ cup wheat flour

  • 80 to 100 ml of milk

  • ¼ Sugar 

  • 1 tbsp ghee

  • Some cashew & raisins

  • 30 ml of oil

  • Cardamom


Method:


  1. Heat the pan. Add 1 tbsp ghee and oil
    Add cashew and raisins stir. Then add wheat flour stir well.

  2. Reduce the heat & continue stirring until it’s golden brown. Ensure that it won’t get burnt.

  3. Add milk, stir very well so that it doesn’t form any lumps

  4. Stir continuously again and add Sugar.

  5. Add cardamom powder and serve hot.
