10 Minutes Keto Burfi | Microwave Sugar-Free Keto Barfi
Ingredients:
1 cup coconut powder
1 cup almond flour
1/2 - 3/4 cup erythritol sugar /erythrit
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
2 tbsp ghee
4 tbsp coconut milk
2 tbsp chopped almonds for garnish
Method:
In a microwave-safe bowl, add coconut powder, almond flour and mix well.
Microwave the mixture for 2 minutes and mix it again. (Stir in-between if necessary).
Next add in the erythritol, cardamom powder and stir, then add ghee, coconut milk.
Mix everything well without any lumps.
Microwave for 3 minutes and don't forget to stir in-between.
Transfer the mixture to a greased pan and spread evenly.
Garnish with chopped almonds and press gently with a spatula.
Let burfi set for 5 minutes; once it sets, cut them into the desired shape.
Store in an airtight container for 5 days or in a refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
