Fresh Corn Salad - 1
Ingredients:
250g canned corn
1/2 cup cucumber
1/2 cup red bell pepper
1/2 cup yellow bell pepper
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt & pepper
Some coriander
Method: Mix everything well & eat fresh.
Cucumber Salad With Soya Sauce - 2
Ingredients:
2 cups thinly sliced English cucumber
½ cup spring onion
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp brown sugar
1 tbsp soya sauce
1/4 tsp chilli flakes
2 tsp roasted sesame seeds
Method:
Peel & slice the cucumber as thin as possible.
In a large bowl, combine cucumbers, salt, sugar, soy sauce, chilli flakes & sesame seeds
and mix well. Let marinate for 5 minutes before serving.
