Pineapple & Pomegranate Chaat
Ingredients:
1 cup Pineapple (Cubed)
1/2 cup Carrot (Grated)
1/2 cup Pomegranate
1/2 cup Onion (Chopped)
1/2 cup Tomato (Chopped)
4 tbsp Roasted Peanuts
3 tbsp Roasted Cashews
1 Green Chilli (Chopped)
Chilli Powder to taste
1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
1/2 tsp Chaat Masala Powder
1 tsp Green Chutney
1 tsp Sweet Chutney
Coriander Leaves
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
Sev
Method:
In a large bowl add all the above ingredients except sev, mix well.
Sprinkle some sev and serve immediately.
