Creamy German Cucumber and Dill Salad

Ingredients:
1/2 English cucumber, thinly sliced
1/2 tablespoon dill (fresh or frozen)
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced (optional)
1 teaspoon sugar (optional)
Method:
Add cucumber, salt, pepper, sour cream, white vinegar, red onion slices, and dill in a large bowl.
Gently fold them, ensuring they are evenly coated with the dressing.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate the salad for at least 1 hour to allow the flavours to meld together.
Serve chilled, and enjoy!
