10 Minutes Easy Couscous Salad for Weight Loss
Ingredients:
1 cup couscous
1 cup hot water
1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped1/2 cup red kidney beans
Some spring onions
Some coriander
1/4 cup tomato, chopped
1tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Method:
Add the couscous into a large bowl-
Next, add the olive oil and mix well.
Now add hot water, cover and leave the couscous to soak for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, use a fork to fluff up the couscous.
Add the vegetables, salt, pepper and mix well.
This delicious couscous salad can be stored in the fridge in an airtight container and kept for 2 to 3 days.
