Whole Cauliflower Tandoori Healthy Air Fryer Recipe
Servings - 1 to 2
Ingredients:
250g whole cauliflower (trim leaves and wash)
1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
2-3 tablespoons lemon juice
1-2 tablespoons tandoori masala
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 tablespoon rice flour or cornstarch
1 tablespoon oil
Method:
Cook the whole cauliflower in salted boiling water for 2 minutes.
Remove and drain the cauliflower.
In a bowl, mix ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, tandoori masala, cumin powder, turmeric powder, rice flour (or cornstarch), and oil to form a smooth paste.
Rub the marinade generously all over the cauliflower, including the underside.
Let it marinate for 10-30 minutes.
Place the marinated cauliflower in the greased air fryer basket.
Air fry at 1200°C for 8-10 minutes or until done, brushing with additional oil if needed halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
Allow the cauliflower to rest for a few minutes before cutting.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and lemon wedges.
