Pan-Fried Pangasius Fillet

Ingredients For Marinating:
2 large pangasius filet
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp ginger powder
1 tsp paprika powder
1/4 cup all purpose flour
Ingredients For Batter:
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp paprika powder
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1/2 tsp ginger powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp oil
70-80 ml water
2 tbsp lemon juice
Oil
Method:
Season the pangasius fillet with salt, pepper, garlic powder, ginger powder, and paprika powder on a plate.
Gently massage the fish on both sides.
Dust the fillet with 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour and cut it into the desired-sized pieces.
Whisk together all-purpose flour, paprika powder, salt, pepper to taste, ginger powder, garlic powder, 1 tsp oil, 70-80 ml water, and lemon juice.
Heat the oil in a non-stick pan.
Dip each fillet in the batter, then place it in the nonstick pan.
Shallow fry the fish for 6-9 minutes until it is light brown and done.
