Crispy Mixed Seafood Fritters
Servings - 4 to 5
Ingredients:
1/3 cup semolina, fine
1/3 cup plain flour
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon paprika powder
1 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
500g frozen seafood mix, thawed and drained
Oil for frying
Lemon wedges
Method:
In a bowl, mix semolina, plain flour, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
Pat dry the seafood mix and coat it well with the dry mixture.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Fry the coated seafood until golden brown and crispy, turning occasionally.
Drain on paper towels and serve hot with lemon wedges or your favourite dip.
