Crispy Mixed Seafood Fritters

Servings - 4 to 5


Ingredients: 



  • 1/3 cup semolina, fine   

  • 1/3 cup plain flour   

  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder   

  • 1 tablespoon paprika powder   

  • 1 teaspoon salt (or to taste)   

  • 500g frozen seafood mix, thawed and drained   

  • Oil for frying   

  • Lemon wedges  



Method: 


  1. In a bowl, mix semolina, plain flour, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.

  2. Pat dry the seafood mix and coat it well with the dry mixture.

  3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

  4. Fry the coated seafood until golden brown and crispy, turning occasionally.

  5. Drain on paper towels and serve hot with lemon wedges or your favourite dip.
