Air Fryer Tandoori Prawns

Ingredients:
350g prawns (thawed)
1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons tandoori masala
2 tablespoons rice flour
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon oil
Method:
To defrost prawns, place them in water at room temperature for 30 minutes, or move frozen prawns from the freezer to the fridge to thaw overnight.
In a large bowl, combine the prawns with ginger-garlic paste, salt, lemon juice, tandoori masala, cumin powder, turmeric powder, rice flour, and oil.
Mix everything well and let the prawns marinate for 10 to 30 minutes.
Lightly grease the air fryer basket, then place the marinated prawns in a single layer.
Air fry 180°C (350°F) for 5 to 6 minutes, brushing with additional oil halfway if needed, until golden brown and fully cooked.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves, onion slices, and lemon wedges.
