Quick & Easy Spicy Pan Fried Noodles in 15 Minutes
Servings - 2
Ingredients:
300g noodles
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp chilli oil
2 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp vegetable stock powder
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp oil
2-3 red chillies, chopped
1 tbsp garlic, chopped
1/4 cup green onion (white part)
1 cup bean sprouts

Method:
Prepare noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
Combine soy sauce, dark soy sauce, chilli oil, sesame oil, sugar, vegetable stock powder and water in a bowl until well mixed.
In a pan, heat oil over medium-high heat.
Once hot, add red chillies and garlic, sauté for a minute.
Next, add the white part of the green onion and sauté for a minute.
Add the cooked noodles to the pan and pour in the sauce, ensuring all noodles are coated.
Increase heat to high.
Add bean sprouts and sauté on high heat for 2 minutes.
Finally, add the remaining green onion and sauté for 2 minutes on high heat.
