Servins- 3

Ingredients: 

• 1 tbsp minced garlic 

• 1 tbsp basil or parsley 

• Salt to taste 

• 3 tbsp melted butter 

• 600g pizza dough 

• Pizza sauce to taste 

• Pizza seasoning 

• 250g mini mozzarella  

Method: 

1. Combine minced garlic, basil or parsley, salt, and melted butter in a small bowl. 

2. Mix well and set aside. 

3. Spread pizza sauce evenly over the pizza dough. 

4. Sprinkle with pizza seasoning. 

5. Cut the pizza dough into 5x5 cm squares. 

6. Place a mini mozzarella in the centre of each square. 

7. Seal the dough around it to enclose the mozzarella, forming balls. 

8. Arrange the dough balls upside down on a baking sheet in the shape of a Christmas tree, ensuring they touch each other. 

9. Also, create a trunk for the tree using a piece of pizza dough. 

10. Bake at 200°C for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. 

11. Once baked, brush the garlic butter mixture over the pizza balls. 

12. Serve warm.
