Keto Cauliflower Pizza | Gluten - Free Pizza
Servings - 2
Cauliflower pizza is known for having a lighter and more delicate texture than regular pizza crusts. It also offers a different flavour profile, with a slightly sweet and nutty taste from the cauliflower.
It's worth noting that cauliflower pizza crusts can be more fragile than traditional pizza crusts. They may not hold up as well to heavy or overly wet toppings, so it's essential to be mindful when adding ingredients to prevent a soggy crust.
Cauliflower pizza is a creative and healthier alternative to traditional pizza for those looking to reduce their carbohydrate intake or explore different flavours and textures.
