Curry Pasta | One Pot Coconut Curry Pasta | Indian Italian Cuisine
Ingredients:
2 tbsp butter
1/2 inch ginger
4 to 5 cloves garlic
1/2 onion
50 g green beans
1 carrot
50 g cauliflower
1 tbsp curry powder
Salt to taste
2 cups pasta
4 to 5 cups vegetable stock or water
4 to 5 cherry tomatoes
1 cups coconut cream
Coriander
Method:
Heat butter in a pot, add ginger & garlic, saute.
Add onion and saute until its little bit brown. Then add beans, carrot, cauliflower.
Add curry powder, salt, pasta vegetable stock, tomatoes and cook.
When the pasta is 90% done then add coconut cream mix well and cook it for 2 more minutes, and serve hot.
