Easy 4-Ingredient Protein Bread | High-Protein Quark Bread

Ingredients:
300g all-purpose flour
500g quark
16g baking powder (1 pack)
1 teaspoon salt
Seeds mix (optional)
Method:
Preheat the oven to 160ºC (320ºF).
Line a baking tray with parchment paper or dust with flour.
Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
Stir in the quark and mix well until a sticky dough forms.
Lightly flour your hands and divide the dough into equal portions.
Roll each portion into a smooth ball. Press the top of each roll into the seed mix, ensuring they stick well.
Place the seeded rolls on the baking tray and bake for 30 to 40 minutes until golden brown and firm.
Let the rolls cool before enjoying them.
Serving Tip: These are great with butter, cheese, or a protein-rich dip!
