Chilli Stuffed Chapati

Ingredients:
2 tsp oil
100g long green chillies
8 - 10 garlic cloves
2 tbsp sesame seeds
1/2 cup peanuts without skin
1 tsp salt
Chapati dough + oil for roasting
Method:
Clean and chop the green chillies.
Take a pan, add oil, and heat it.
Add chillies and saute for 4 - 5 minutes on medium heat.
Next, add garlic cloves and saute for 2 - 3 minutes.
Add sesame seeds along with peanuts.
Roast them until light golden brown.
Now, add salt and mix everything well.
Let it cool down, and then coarse-grind the mixture.
Take one portion of chapati dough and roll it thin.
Spread the chilli mixture and fold the chati into a triangle shape.
Now roll it again and place that onto the heated tawa.
Cook until the bottom has brown spots, about 30 seconds, flip and drizzle some oil on both sides.
Flip and cook for 30 seconds more or until done.
Repeat to cook the remaining chapatis.
