Sesame Tahini Cookies | Sugar-Free | Gluten-Free | Dairy-Free

Yield: 20 cookies



Ingredients: 



  • 1/2 cup tahini 

  • 1/2 cup honey 

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 

  • 2 cups almond flour 

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder 

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt 

  • 3/4 cup sesame seeds  



Method: 



  1. Preheat the oven to 170°C and line the baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Combine tahini, honey, vanilla, almond flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.  

  3. Spread sesame seeds in a shallow dish. 

  4. Scoop dough into balls, roll them in sesame seeds and flatten slightly. 

  5. Place cookies on a baking sheet, leaving space between each. 

  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the bottoms are golden. 

  7. Shift the pan from top to bottom halfway through. 

  8. Cool on a rack before serving.
