Sesame Tahini Cookies | Sugar-Free | Gluten-Free | Dairy-Free
Yield: 20 cookies
Ingredients:
1/2 cup tahini
1/2 cup honey
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups almond flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup sesame seeds
Method:
Preheat the oven to 170°C and line the baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine tahini, honey, vanilla, almond flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
Spread sesame seeds in a shallow dish.
Scoop dough into balls, roll them in sesame seeds and flatten slightly.
Place cookies on a baking sheet, leaving space between each.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the bottoms are golden.
Shift the pan from top to bottom halfway through.
Cool on a rack before serving.
