Quick & Easy Chicken with Bell Pepper Recipe
Ingredients for marination:
1 kg chicken
½ cup yoghurt
½ tbsp. garam masala
A pinch of food colour (optional)
½ tbsp. chilli powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
Salt to taste
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
½ tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp mustard oil
2 tbsp gram flour
1 tbsp mustard oil
Bell peppers diced (all three colours)
Method:
Clean and cut the chicken into desired sized pieces and marinate with the above ingredients as mentioned.
Refrigerate the chicken for 2 hours.
Heat oil in a heavy bottom pan and add the chicken pieces and fry for a minute, cover and cook for 10 to 15 minutes on medium heat.
Chicken should get brown all over. Then add bell peppers and cook it for 2 more minutes.
Spicy Chicken with Bell Pepper is ready to serve.
