½ tsp baking soda
1 teaspoon baking soda
3 tsp cocoa powder
1 cups sugar
120g butter
2 eggs
1 cup buttermilk
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp red food colouring, depends on how deep you want the colour
250g salt

Grease a round cake pan. Set aside.
Whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder and cocoa powder. Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the butter and sugar.
Mix in the eggs, buttermilk, vanilla and red food colouring until combined.
Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients a little at the time, mixing after each addition, just until combined.
Pour the batter into the pan and tap.
In a large pressure cooker add 250g salt, place a bowl & preheat the cooker to 2 mins.
Place the baking pan, close the lid & cook it on a medium flame for 35-45 mins.
Check by inserting a toothpick in the middle & let it cool down.
Slide a knife around the inside of the pan to loosen the cake and gently remove the paper.
Slice and keep the crumbs for decoration.
