Ghost Cupcakes for Halloween | Pumpkin Cupcakes

Ingredients:


  • Servings 6

  • 1 egg

  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 1/3 cup oil

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 all-purpose-flour

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/4 tsp baking soda

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • A pinch of salt

  • 1 cup grated pumpkin

  • Buttercream frosting or any frosting Chocolate chip cookies

  • Chocolate sprinkles or any sprinkles


Method:


  1. Preheat oven to 180°C and prepare a cupcake pan with liners.

  2. In a large bowl add egg, sugar, oil and vanilla.

  3. Beat for a minute and then add flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

  4. Beat for a minute, then add pumpkin and stir to combine, (Do not to over mix!).

  5. Fill cupcake tins about 2/3 full. Bake at 180°C for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown.

  6. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely before frosting and decorate.
