Pomegranate Lassi Recipe - Indian Yogurt Drink
Pomegranate lassi is a delicious and healthy yoghurt-based Indian drink. Pomegranate lassi is a refreshing recipe to cool you down on a hot Day.
Servings - 2
Ingredients:
1 cup pomegranate
2 tbsp brown sugar or honey or jaggery
A pinch of salt
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
1 cup plain yoghurt
1/4 cup water
Method:
Add pomegranate, brown sugar, salt, cardamom powder, yoghurt, and water to a blender.
Blend the pomegranate smooth and strain.
In a serving glass, add ice cubes and pomegranate kernels.
Pour the lassi and garnish with pomegranate kernels.
Serve chilled.
